We encourage our patients to consider renting the products they need prior to purchase for several reasons:
If you decide to purchase a HorizonAire medical device within 90 days of rental, the total amount of your rental fees paid to date will be subtracted from the purchase price. After 90 days have elapsed, HorizonAire will provide a discount of 20% off the last six months' rental fees you have paid.
If at the time of your HorizonAire set-up you find a lower price on an identical item from a local competitor, simply show us that lower price and we will match it on the spot. Even if you find a lower price throughout the duration of your rental contract, we’ll match it. Guaranteed!
The price quote you receive from HorizonAire is our all-inclusive, guaranteed monthly rental price. You can count on us for no set-up fee and no consultation fee.
Refer HorizonAire and if we successfully set-up a new patient with ‘CPAP Therapy Treatment’ or ‘Home Oxygen Services’ you and your friend will both receive a $25.00 complimentary gift card.
HorizonAire accepts cash, cheque, debit, credit, telephone banking and pre-authorized debit as payment for its products.
Payment is net 7 days; net 30 days on pre-authorization order accounts only. 2% interest per month charge (24% annually) applies to overdue accounts.
Medical oxygen in cylinders is subject to a 100% restocking charge; no refunds and no exchanges are available. ALL MEDICAL DEVICE SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS.
Customers are responsible to return rental equipment to our office during regular business hours. Rental fees will continue until equipment is returned. Rental equipment returned may be subject to an equipment repair order and infection control processing fee and/or fumigate fee of a minimum $90.00.
