Office Administrative Assistant

HorizonAire is currently accepting applications for a full-time permanent Office Administrative Assistant. We are looking for a highly motivated, well-organized employee to join our team! A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and with a team are requirements.


Responsibilities will include:


  • Scheduling medical appointments

  • Consulting with patients, physicians, and other health care professionals

  • Answering phone calls, sending/receiving faxes, filing documents

  • Managing invoices and receipts

  • Attending to payable & receivable accounts

  • Preparing price quotes and associated documents

  • Preparing orders for shipment

  • Utilizing Microsoft programs (excel, word, power point, access, etc..)

  • Inventory and stock management

  • Compiling data for export to excel spreadsheets




  • You are a graduate from an accredited office administration program

  • Possess a valid drivers license with a clean drivers abstract

  • Able to pass a criminal record/vulnerable sector check

  • *Both retail and accounting experience are preferred
